ORDER AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
In connection with ordering a cold room or freezer on Coldroom.dk, you as a customer are asked to enter various measurements, from which the product will then be manufactured.
It is solely your responsibility that the measurements are entered correctly. Coldroom.dk disclaims any responsibility for errors in the measurements entered.
All items where you specify measurements are made especially for you after ordering in accordance with the measurements entered. All orders placed on coldroom.dk are automatically confirmed per e-mail.
PAYMENT TERMS
When you shop at Coldroom.dk, you can pay by bank transfer.
BANK TRANSFER
You pay by bank transfer at Coldroom.dk.
The order is only started when we have registered the amount on our account, this usually takes 1-2 banking days.

It is important that you state your order number as "text to recipient" when transferring, so that we can register your payment correctly.
DELIVERY
Expected delivery time is between 14 and 21 days. You will receive an email with confirmation of delivery at least 5 days before the delivery date. Changes to the delivery date must be made via email to info@koledanmarkengro.dk within opening hours no later than three days before the agreed delivery date. In the event of a later change, a new delivery fee of DKK 2800.00 will be added.
All goods are sent with International Carriers, and are delivered exclusively on weekdays. Shipments are delivered as close to your door as practically possible, on the driver's truck bed, so you must have a forklift or crane present yourself, or unload by hand. If you are not present when the goods are delivered, an attempt will be made to deliver the goods again by agreement with you. In case of unsuccessful delivery, a minimum of 3 days extra delivery time must be expected due to restocking and new route planning. The earliest we can agree on a new delivery is the day after the delivery should have taken place. You bear the costs of returning goods yourself, which amounts to DKK 8000.00.
RECEIPT OF GOODS Upon delivery of goods, receipt must be acknowledged. If the packaging is damaged on delivery or shows visible signs of a defect, receipt must be acknowledged on the waybill, subject to any damage to the contents. If receipt is acknowledged without objection, you cannot later complain about transport damage to the item. If you have agreed that the goods may be delivered without your presence, you receive your goods at your own risk, as if you had signed for the receipt of the goods in advance. There is no right of complaint if the goods are stolen at your address after they have been delivered to you.
FREIGHT PRICES The freight is calculated based on the size of the room and will appear in the offer. If the total amount of the order exceeds DKK 100,000.00, shipping is free.
RIGHT OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE
All orders on Coldroom.dk are covered by the Swedish Purchase Act's consumer rules regarding the right of return for distance sales of goods.
Coldroom.dk expressly points out that all goods are specially manufactured for you and that the right of withdrawal waives when the ordered goods are manufactured or adapted to individual needs (cf. the Consumer Contracts Act applicable from 13 June 2014).
By placing your order, you also give Coldroom.dk permission for us to start production of the ordered item before the expiry of the general right of return. The right of return thus only applies until the time when production has begun. However, Coldroom.dk guarantees that production will start no earlier than 24 hours after the order has been completed.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Coldroom.dk provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention.
If you wish to complain about a product you have bought on Billigelåger.dk, please contact us before the right to complain expires. Complaints about errors and defects that should be discovered by usual examination of the product must be notified to Coldroom.dk within a reasonable time. You will be asked to send some photos of the product damage, as well as provide a description of the problem, so that we can find the right solution to the complaint. If we assess that the complaint is justified, the item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, possibly crediting. In connection with complaint cases, Coldroom.dk bears return costs to a reasonable extent.
